Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. If tracking is available for your chosen shipping method, a tracking number will be included in your dispatch email.


Delays

While we do our best to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery times may be affected by:

  • High volume periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday)
  • Delays with our courier partners
  • Adverse weather conditions

SheEyes is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once the order has been dispatched.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please get in touch with us at:

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. SheEyes is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at hello@sheeyes.co.uk — we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
